I used to fly SK more than currently and several years ago I had mixed results with OptionTown upgrades clearing or not. Lately, however, I can't even make it that far; I get "UTo Not Available" every time I try to sign up.

When this message comes several months before the flight, does it ever change later, as the day approaches?
