Just called MP to extend a Dec. expiring SWU after it failed to clear for the 2nd straight flight
Seemingly competent agent tried to extend it and said there was a problem with the system and to please hold while she checks.
After nearly 15 mins on hold, she told me there is a "system delay" and I need to call back in 24 hours.
If you don't laugh, you'll cry. I am SO done with this airline.
