I used 400mph, accounting for take-off/approach, and came up with about 250. But I suspect anyone with that many miles probably has a decent number from 50-100% matches, 500 mile minimums (even higher way back when), promotions, etc.
If I had to guess, knowing nothing else, I'd say 140 days.
