Lot of construction activities going on in T4, was told that from Feb 13 onwards the Swiss lounge will be after security^
However F/HON pax are currently escorted through a priority channel, all 8 of us made it through the TSA hazzle in less than 5 minutes.
I would call it good and cozy
Being a frequent guest there all I can say is, that the Swissport staff is just great both on arrival and departure. There is nothing comparable with LH, not in JFK nor in EWR. Even the SWISS station manager shows up from time to time while waiting at the luggage belt greeting passengers and looking if everything is ok. Never had a similar experience with another airline.
