The short answer to your question is yes....the hotel is managed by Kimpton but owned by someone else. It was explained to me by the Tuscan Inn front desk manager when I was walking in the area two months ago (I was staying at the Prescott). You may want to call the hotel for a more precise explanation. I also think that inner circle does not count at the Tuscan Inn location. On balance, I think that staying at a Kimpton owned property is a better deal. The Tuscan Inn itself looked good. I did not see any of the rooms but the lobby was a notch above what you usually find at a Best Western.

On another matter...

I also received the above referenced Inner Circle emails. I am not sure what my scheduled Inner Circle expiration date was. I assume that, since I got the second email, I am automatically renewed for another year?

Thanks
