I have a similar question regarding a Thrifty "Mustang Convertible or similar" at Miami airport in January 2013 - I'm getting a good price coming up through the UK Thrifty website, but does anyone have any information about what Thrifty's MIA convertible fleet is like - i.e. am I likely to get a Mustang, or is there a real danger of getting the "or similar" option (the dreaded Sebring!!)

For reference, Hertz will allow me to specify a Mustang through their fun collection, but the cost is over 3 x as much (£800 vs £260 for 10 days).

Any advice gratefully received!
