I searched and couldn't find a clear answer. My fiancee is Ukrainian which requires a canadian transit visa. However a possible plan for getting her hear would be KBP - CDG - YUL - DTW. Will it be possible for her to not get a transit visa for Canada as we will be heading directly to USA preclearance.
