I cannot decide if having more aeropesos is better than adding to TK. I am zero upgrades this year as I travel the more traveled routes and times for the most part. Yes 55 credits and haven't spent one. i am going to TRY to upgrade yvr to toronto and back on AC. We will see.
I signed up for the 50percent aeroplan bonus and get the 50 percent AC bonus.

Someone lay out the pros and cons and give me an opinion please!

Well, IMHO if you are a fan of TK and your flying is mostly to/from Turkey then stick to the carrier that will look after you the most which sounds like TK. If you fly AC to other locations then AC as no one should have a ton of unused credits, so why allow this unused benefit to go to waste,

When F/F earn their miles going "home" on their particular home airline then stick with them as you will enjoy the benefits of your home carrier, no different as I enjoy my SE benefits on AC. However I fly most everywhere so AC provides the better access and benefits.

One of my wifes peers who has seeked my advise fly's between canada and her "old country home" and belongs to LH Miles & More. She asked if she should switch to AP and I said no as that is all she does is fly to/from canada and the old country and LH does a great job looking after her. F/F sure techinically but only on one route!

Always stick with the program that will most benefit you and your needs.
