Fair enough, I would have gone in assuming this anyway since it's pre-paid via a third party. It would be completely worth it in this scenario. Plus, there are many times when it ends up crediting anyway.
If the UR csr was correct in that it
would earn credit, that would just be a pleasant surprise.
