Historically DOH is a good starting point and easy to enter on BA with a quick turnaround.

RUH is usually one of the cheapest, but the hassle involved, particularly if you're female, makes it almost unworkable (overnight stay required unless you want to run the risk of being detained by soldiers with guns as we were - no in transit facilities)
