Jeez, I guess I've just been royally hosed on this one.
My wife and I got the 2 Hawaiian air credit cards to get the 70,000 points for the 2 worldwide Virgin coach tickets. We were going to go next Thanksgiving, and I was going to book in a few weeks.
I suppose there's absolutely no recourse on this one, even though Hawaiian provided no notice. Has anyone thought to complain? I'm thinking of sending them a letter. It really is unfair to provide no notice of changes to reward levels.
