Any recommendations on which building, floors, areas are best room wise? How is this hotel for upgrades? (I'm Plat.)
No difference, they were built the same time. I was able to access from the Garden Wing to the pool on the roof, every time I've stayed there. Just walk by the gym. Good for upgrades (I hear).
