I just booked Hawaiian Air JFK to HNL with AA 37.5 supersaver award for next october 18th. But, when the final page it shows status as on request.. did not allow me to pick a seat and says I have to pay for luggage. I thought if I booked first class I did not have to pay for luggage? Also, why would not it confirm my booking.. is this normal when booking an award flight? Thanks for any help?
