Finally hit LH-SEN, much harder than it should've been..

So to start 2012, I traveled to Eastern Europe a lot and started with LH, towards mid-year it was more travel between LHR and US (typically SEA or IAH).

I've now hit SEN/*G with LH, but think I should probably start shifting to UA for the future as it'll be easier to keep *G? In 2013 I won't be doing as many intl trips, so I definitely won't be able to hit 100k miles again (i hope).

I tend to fly Air Canada from SEA to LHR as those flights are often empty and the cheapest, or UA/Us Air from IAH to SEA and otherwise domestically.

What's my gameplan for 2013 that will let me enjoy the *G benefits but still have a shot at renewing it?
