Also, Mr. Harrell, like other world-famous classical musicians, most likely has a rider in his contract stating business class or higher only. So, he is not only a celebrity, but also giving DL a lot of revenue. What in the world is DL thinking? At the end of the day, they lose both the money and the PR.
Exactly, 'mentioned in a post on pg 5. Myself, in the biz although not classical but do this enough to know how it works. Need more details to see the entire picture but it's not gonna bother this cat one way or the other...
