Its a nice hotel yes, but there is no chance in hell that the service level of the staff can compete with the flagship/jewels of the Hyatt Chain.... sad for me to say it, but EZE doesnt have the hotel staff to compete with the best CS levels that are required for any Hotel to be one of the best in the world... so no matter how nice the hotel rooms can be, if you dont have the service to match, you just cant compete.
