What have most people found to be the appropriate request here - are we talking about things they already have in the honor bar, or is this above and beyond that... I mean my favorite beverage at the end of the workday is a good single malt scotch, but I doubt that is what they are looking for... right?
I have my preferences set to include things that are pretty specific, in part because of nut allergies. I also have preferences listed for my dogs, Empress Cobaka and Generalissimo Geno.
I'd set your preferences for fairly specific, but figure that brand may not always be something they can accomplish.
Mr. Kipper gets to experience his first Kimpton next week, as we're headed out to PHL for a concert and to celebrate our anniversary. It's the first time I'll have the dogs with me at a Kimpton, so I'm very excited to see what they do, considering the dogs, our anniversary, and Mr. Kipper's first stay.
