The really cheap $1,189 one way on 1/15 (also available return) to CMB is in 'I' class, which is not listed on that email from delta assist..this worries me even more than no alcohol
I emailed Delta an got a different response from everyone else. "I" is included in mine and says it does not get mileage:
For your information, passengers can accrue miles for travelling on
Saudi Arabian airlines with the following restrictions:
• SV flights completed prior to May 28, 2012 not eligible for mileage
accrual
• Only flights marketed and operated by Saudi Arabian Airlines are
eligible for mileage accrual.
• No mileage credit for SV flights booked in E, H, I, N, S, U and Z
classes of service.
