Not at all, dear boy. Anyone is free to purchase those tickets at the advertised prices and with the advertised conditions. It would be discriminatory if they said "these prices are only for UK citizens" but the price and conditions are dependent only on the origin and destination of the flight, not on the nationality, residence or citizenship of the purchaser or traveller.
