This is a T fare. I believe the 07 means a 7-day advance purchase is required. The UP means an instant upgrade to first (usually A inventory). The N means the fare is non-refundable. I don't know what the R and Q mean other than identifying a specific fare.
T-UP's are rare birds. It's not often I come across one.

The R stands for round trip AFAIK.... If it was TA the A would stand for one way.
