Our thoughts and sympathies continue to be with everyone affected by Hurricane Sandy. This includes our 7,000 employees in New York and New Jersey and our customers who count on us for their travel needs.
Please know that air travel in the northeastern United States has mostly returned to normal, and we expect to operate a full schedule of flights beginning today at New York-LGA, New York-JFK and Newark-EWR.
However, you should check your flight status frequently for up-to-the-minute information or get updates sent directly to your wireless device or email with Delta Messenger.
You may make a one-time change to your ticket without a fee if you are scheduled to travel to, from or through LGA, JFK or EWR from now until Wednesday, November 7th. You can edit your itinerary at delta.com, or you may contact Reservation Sales.
As always, our first priority is the safety of our customers and employees. Plus, we will do everything we can to assist in relief efforts, such as our recent $100,000 donation through the Delta Air Lines Foundation to the American Red Cross, and you also can donate money or miles to help.
