Well, I'll take a wild guess at image #35..... This sure looks like Delta to me but I'm unsure of the equipment..... Upper deck of a B747-100, perhaps?
Well... Delta did operate the aircraft type in that photo at one time, but it wasn't a 747 (You may recall Delta's upper deck was divided into a public lounge and a private penthouse) and the airline in #35 is not Delta. This information alone mmight provide enough hints for you to figure out the answer.
