All hotels were evacuated. You are not allowed to stay. A state order for emergency evacuation takes precedence over any potential reservation.

A hurricane at a beach front resort is much different than a big snowstorm.

Other than minor staff, to keep an eye on things, the casinos (and hotels) in Atlantic City are effectively shut down.

Q&A from Revel Resorts (basically, the same everywhere else) :

Q: Will the Hotel be open?
A: Revel will close at 12 noon, Sunday, October 28 and is expected to remain closed until the Atlantic City mandatory evacuation is lifted and safety inspections are completed.
