In checking the FAQ's on Jack Daniel's website, they clearly state that Jack is not a Bourbon. I am not a fan of Jack Daniels as I prefer Woodford, Maker's or Jim Beam over Jack. Glad to see some SC's still serve Woodford and Beam.

As far as AA goes, I am a former AA EXP million miler and had to switch to DL when I moved to Florida several years ago. I resisted at first and tried to stay loyal to AA who at the time was still offering a very good FC product especially on TATL & TPAC routes. But AA didn't have enough flights in my market to make it worth the effort. After switching to DL and paying my dues to build up my status, I can agree with most on this thread that DL offers a much better experience overall including SC's over Admiral's Clubs.
