Does anyone else find the above an absolutely outrageous statement to make? Border agents are professional and the post implies otherwise. Part of me wants to report this post to a moderator.
There is some good info on FT but it is also laced with a lot of paranoid tin hat folks who think flying overseas makes them expert on all things government security aviation etc..
Ignore the crap, read the good stuff. Use the ignore button liberally when you see the tea party crap if you want travel advice.
I'm on the tin bus every week domestic and monthly international and report nothing but professional behaviour from TSA CBP and foreign customs personnel....sorry for the lack of drama.
