It can take anywhere between a few minutes and 3 days. For my last booking it took 2 days. Unless your itinerary includes OZ (cancelling unticketed bookings after 72 hours), I wouldn't be too concerned.
It was OZ, and luckily, the reservation was ticketed at 27 hours mark.
