go at 930 am for your work. prepare to spend 3/4 of your day there. fill up any form they ask you to as if your life depended on it. carry twice the amount you need in cash and a card for good measure. you never know when their machines stop working. carry photocopies of any document you may need to give them. dont expect them to make them for you. and carry a pen. if all works out okay, you should be done by lunch.
