Leftovers. Particularly something that has soaked in its own juices overnight and is even tastier the next day. Plus it eliminates having to make lunch/dinner the next day which is underrated in and among itself.
On that note - cold leftover roasted potatoes, straight out of the fridge (door still open!) with a blob of some sort of sauce (mayo, aioli etc) on Boxing Day morning while still dark, before heading out to the horses!
