If the person turns out not to work for the same company ( in regions where work colleagues are permitted automatically ) and an accident occurs , then the renter will be in the same mess that they would be in by letting any other unauthorised driver operate the vehicle when unable to prove that the driver was eligable to drive
Absolutely, which is why I want to add an additional driver and do it by the rules, etc. Although I was thinking about it, i dont want to risk it just to save a couple of bucks.
