It is unfortunate to note that your recent interaction with the bank is not upto your satisfaction. On receipt of your query, we had taken a detailed review and wish to share the following with you.
Basis your email, Ms. ABCDi had contacted you to personally address your query with regard to non receipt of the the ticket/voucher codes and membership fee on your card account. We observe that the same has been clarified to you in detail. As informed during the call, we would like to inform you that the ticket code and voucher code would be sent to your registered email ID as per our records. Hence, we request you to check your Inbox/Junk email box and revert if you are not in receipt of the same.
Further, we understand that you hold a platinum tier membership with Jet Airways. In view of the same, the membership fee billed to your card account on 16.09.2012 would be reversed within 10 working days. Further, we confirm that your card account will remain complimentary, i.e. no annual or membership fee would be levied, till you hold platinum tier membership with Jet Airways.
