I think if you are considering buying a new smartphone, then NOKIA has a very interesting offer concerning OFFLINE MAPS. It is all built-in as I understand, and you can download entire cities over wifi and then have working turn-by-turn navigation. without roaming costs.^
To me, this might just be the reason to get a nokia phone next time, however I am still waiting for the first real reviews to come out. Such a shame though that nokia will price their new lumias quite high
