I am very disappointed with Virgin's IT department. There are lots of little things that don't work on their web site. The worst one for me at the moment is not being able to view international bookings at all, let alone confirm seat assignments. They still haven't fixed Mac OSX-related issues, and there is no way to view their flash pages (route networks, etc) from my iPad or iPhone. (Their iPhone app is almost useless too.)
All in all, not a great IT experience.
Come on Virgin Australia, it's the 21st century already!
