Yes, this is the dirty little secret of flying private. Unless you are a member of the Saudi royal family, or Donald Trump, you will be flying in a small plane in which it is barely possible for the average adult to stand up. and the seats, while comfortable, will be generally be old-school recliners with few of the amenities of high-end J or int'l F.
The best part of private, though, is the total lack of security, getting whisked on and off your plane.
If comfort and service are your primary concerns, commercial premium cabins will always be a better choice (unless, of course, you're pals with the Donald and he lets you take his 757 and sleeps in his cabin).
Actually a lot of non-US carriers have pretty good service for international F that get your through security and immigration pretty.
