This is a discussion forum where we - you know - discuss things, even when [gasp!] not everyone agrees.
Using your model, every thread on FT would be no more than three or four posts long; the OP, someone agreeing, someone disagreeing, and you admonishing everyone to agree to disagree and to move on.
My personal opinion of Apple CS is that if your problem involves manipulation/operation of otherwise working hardware/software then they are good. If the issue involves hardware or software that isn't working properly then they are just about useless,
e.g. "there is no problem, there is no flaw, just reformat, just do a restore", etc.
I initially found Apple's public admission today that yes, AppleMaps does indeed suck and suck hard, to be interesting. Then I realized that they didn't propose any sort of real solution, like restoring GoogleMaps to the ROM - in other words, business as usual.
