Question 1) Is this really the way pricing works? (Answer to my own question...of course you idiot!)
Question 2) Is there a way to skin the game, buy the ORD-EWR-DEL ticket and hop on in EWR, and hop off in EWR on the return? I don't think so, but I'm hoping!
Thanks in advance for any wisdom.
You can hop off on the return, most easily if you don't check any luggage, but you can probably get your luggage at EWR customs.
You can't do it on the outbound, as once you miss a flight, all subsequent flights are cancelled.
Do you feel like flying to ORD and back to save $1200?
