We had a PA who had a recurring habit of arranging a car to meet me off overnight TATL flights booked for the day of departure, not arrival.

Then again she did once book me a no-change no refund ticket LHR-PHX-STL(?)-MEM because it was £20 cheaper than LHR-ORD-MEM. Now I know that would be a dream ticket for some FTers, but really .....
