So I visited the bank yesterday, met my RM and explained the annual membership charge on my card to her and she was clueless. She called her Bombay office and they were clueless as well.

I've written HDFC CC an email now but it seems rather unlikely I'm going to get that amount refunded.

Also no sign of my base fare ticket or discount code yet.

Like somebody had said.. These HDFC clowns make JetChildren look like superstars.

Only works if you book on a Jet-HDFC card though..
