YES absolutely write-up this case. Generally speaking, I feel as if FA performance has improved since they signed the interm agreements. However, if the FAs did indeed act as the OP indicates they should be written up. If it weren't for the unions, they should be fired. They have a job when 8.1% (really higher) don't have jobs. This type of attitude is truly annoying and detracts from what I think is an overall improvement in service these past few months.
