Had the complete opposite experience on a B757 flight IAH to ORD. UA aircraft and crew. Professional and attentive service in F. I gave them 10/10 on the post-flight survey (I had never gone above 8 in the past).

The return flight from ORD to IAH was on CO a/c and crew. Good service, but not as attentive. Nonetheless, I gave that one 8/10.

It seems to me that some parts of UA are getting the message. Let's hope to see more uniform improvement in customer service across the network.
