just had a similar service...flt attendant actually was yelling from the galley during boarding what people wanted to eat....no pdb, no nuts, no towels...asked when i got on if my bag could go in closet (thought it may be packed a bit full...turned out it wasn't..) response was.."does it look like we have a closet?" the movie started as soon as plane left ground...literally...not even 10 min in so that I could use my bose headset...talk about rushed..and i was in PAID F...
