Presented my Aegean Miles and Bonus Blue (*S) card. They didn't know what it was. Explained what it was for the FFP. They just had no idea and didn't know what to do with it. I was told that I was not allowed to credit it to A3 for that flight. I suspect that they didn't know A3 was part of Star Alliance... even though it's quite clear on the Star Alliance logo is pretty clear on the card...
