I also have not received the base fare waiver code..i have received the first month statement & HDFC has charged annual fee inspite of being JetPlat . On contacting the customer care , the person informed that there is no such waiver on this card and it is not written anywhere in their website. Upon informing that the same is mentioned on Jet airways site ,he rechecked & came back with the reply saying he can't help since HDFC website has no mention of waiver for jet plat.
Has anybody else received the first bill?
