From the top of my head I can only think of Europe-AKL and the South America-Asia routes. North America - JNB is under 11000miles from every AC destination afaik.

MPM is 12412 though from YVR however all routings are published.
On AA it makes a difference.
(Not that I would use my AA miles to fly there because it's almost impossible to do so without paying some YQ.)
