Halekulani has some of the best service on O'ahu (although YMMV) - the problem with this property is the rooms. The quality and decor of the room does not support the price they are charging - and if you're looking for a luxury hotel experience where you're spending all your time on-property at the pool and spa, O'ahu is not the proper island for that activity.
