Did you ever get a response? I submitted a request (along with my Skymiles statement, and info indicated on F9-Direct's post) last week, never heard anything-Sent a PM to F9-Direct here, on Monday-No response yet...I went ahead and booked one flight coming up, but am going to hold off on any more, until I see if this status match program is still valid...One of the reasons I thought about switching to Frontier, was this ability to match...
