Regardless, you'll still be getting 2x the points that you currently get. If you are booking B6 flights now, even at 3pt/$, I can't see why you would suddenly refuse to do so once you start earning 6pt/$, unless this situation is making you so bitter as to refuse to fly the airline. But I imagine that you would have left along time ago if that was the deciding factor.
I'm in the same situation. When I first started flying B6 (after the demise of my beloved AirTran...yes, it's still there but merely a shell of its former self), I didn't get the web booking 3x but did get this 'corporate points bonus' which was pretty significant. That dried up quickly and now I only get base points. I like the product but am now trying out the legacies again, in search of my former (almost worthless) 2P status. From my perspective, the online booking bonus inflates the underlying points, and getting only base points isn't worth all that much.
