Is the Costco code (A108386) still good to use without a costco card? The sam's rate is about 15% higher than the costco rate for a weekly rental JAX-TPA. Ironically the costco rate gives the same rate that B444000 does (employee rate). Hope that doesn't raise any red flags.
I use the Costco code sometimes and I have been asked for my Costco card several times. I have seen them actually enter my Costco # into the contract. Not sure why they do this. I assumed it had something to do with an Avis benefit offered to Costco members. I still prefer to use
G417900 as my 1st choice. Never a hassle, excellent rates, and no ID.
