So we stayed at the W, which was great. Nice upgrade, fantastic staff, excellent location. No problem walking all around town, seeing the sights with the kids. Slightly disappointed with the Market, although the pancakes were pronounced the 'best' we've ever had.

We also bookended our trip at the Sheraton Framingham, which - all things considred - was actually quite good. Another great upgrade, excellent staff/service, and a very nice lounge open through the weekend. Having fairly low expectations probably helped. The staff & management commitment to addressing the many issues at this property was quite evident, and clearly paying off.
