No, SQ is using another contract lounge for their passengers: SQ Business class passengers are invited to the Oasis Lounge and SQ First class and PPS passengers are invited to the Virgin Club house.
Of course you can use the swiss lounge with a SQ boarding pass and a Star Gold card. I'm not sure, if SQ business passengers without Star Gold are allowed at the swiss lounge.


Lounge hopping depends on if you have an Star Gold status or if you use the invitation paper issued by SQ at the Check-In.
