I am not sure if anyone has noticed but my travel agent booked me a flight from AMS through FRA and when I went to upgrade it I noticed that the UA 119 was a 763 with the domestic layout. I double checked on the mobile app and confirmed.

I quickly called the 1K line and got my flight changed to a more suitable transatlantic bird.

Why would they put this on this route? I can understand the reconfigured 763 and the lie flat 757, but a domestic 763 with no real "business first"?

Any insight?
